“Empowering Young Minds: A Journey into Phonetics and Confident Communication”

This year, I had the privilege of conducting a training session for school students on Phonetics. It was a truly rewarding experience to engage with young, eager minds and share valuable insights that could shape their journey toward confident communication.

The training was part of the SSA Program, aimed at equipping students with essential skills in confident reading and writing. A group of 60 enthusiastic students participated, eager to learn and grow.

We delved into fascinating topics such as sounds, blends, diphthongs, and digraphs, using a mix of interactive activities to keep the session lively and engaging. The highlight of the day was a quiz conducted by the school, where students proudly showcased the knowledge, they had gained. The school staff was delighted to see the noticeable improvement in the students’ abilities after the program.

I was particularly amazed by the students’ curiosity and their hunger to learn more. Their enthusiasm sparked exciting discussions and made the session incredibly enjoyable. By the end of the training, students confidently shared what they had learned. Many expressed how the program helped them feel more assured in their reading and writing abilities.

This experience reminded me of the immense potential young minds hold. Their curiosity and determination were truly inspiring. I left the session feeling not only fulfilled but also motivated to continue contributing to such meaningful initiatives.
